Sandy Badone
Moved to Santa Barbara in 1970 with husband Philip Badone (now deceased), raised 2 daughters and now have 7 grandchildren. I have been involved in the community volunteering time at Hospice and the DAWG shelter; support local schools with donations of paper supplies and monetary support of extracurricular sports and theatre from grammar school to high school.
Fun fact: Love to travel on photo safaris in Africa, the Lake country and Tuscany regions in Italy, and of course laying back in Hawaii! I enjoy getting to know the local people, their customs and heritage.
Dwayne Walker
Dwayne heads the company’s daily operations and sales. He has over 15 years of business experience in sales and management in the commercial janitorial industry. He contributes all his success in life to his strong faith and belief in biblical principles. Dwayne earned a B.A from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Fun fact: Hails from Louisiana where southern manners are a fact of life! Enjoys sports especially basketball and football, and is quite a history buff.
Willow Walker
Is the baby daughter of Phil & Sandy Badone, also the wife of Dwayne and the mother of their three lovely children. Has been involved in some form or fashion in the family business since 1991. Currently working mostly in HR but loves to serve in every facet of their business. Her passions include serving others, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Fun fact: Is a certified scuba diver, up for any outdoor adventure and still loves radical roller coasters!
Our Team
For many of our team members, this is their second job meaning it will typically be a part-time job for them. However, we have many full time janitors that have been on staff with us between 5 and 25 years. We respect our staff treating them with the dignity they deserve regardless of position. We provide one-on-one training along with classroom cleaning videos and printed materials. Safety and accident prevention is a high priority which we address monthly with tail gate meetings on site.
